Your Responsibilities o Provide scientific and strategic input for the effective preparation and execution of clinical development plans and target product profiles o Prepare clinical trial protocols, reports and publications, as well as training material and presentations o Contribute clinical research and medical expertise during the execution of clinical trials (e. g. review clinical trial reports, maintain oversight of product safety etc.) o Build relationships among the clinical/scientific community and with external experts o Participate as clinical representative in Project Teams, and function as the Clinical Subteam Leader o Perform medical evaluations of potential drug targets and drug candidates for future clinical development o Provide guidance and support of MorphoSys in-licensing and M&A activities from a medical perspective o Collaborate across all relevant functions such as discovery research, preclinical development etc. for compound-specific indication selection and outline of the development path Your Requirements o University degree in medicine o MD with experience in clinical medicine, drug development and/or translational medicine o Ideally minimum five years of relevant professional experience o Ability to critically evaluate the clinical potential of drug targets or drug candidates based on published data or preclinical research findings o Deep understanding of and experience in biomarker evaluation/pharmacodynamic markers as well as clinical drug development, including all aspects of clinical development strategy and study design o Fluent in English, native German is not a requirement but basic skills in German or willingness to learn German Thank you for your interest!
