To strengthen our Finance Department, we are looking for a highly motivated Your tasks Assist the Global Controlling team in all controlling and internal control activities throughout all functions and work closely with senior controllers, contract managers and departmental assistants Day-to-day management of controlling systems such as contract management, time keeping system, SAP and Hyperion Check and ensure correct contract and work order input in the contract management system, run weekly uploads of payment data and assist Senior Controller with contract review Maintain employee data in the time keeping system, ensure complete and correct recording of project time Process internal control activities with regard to invoice approval and processing, bank payment approval and SAP postings Support budgeting and forecasting process for all departments Provide monthly reporting packages as well as ad hoc reports from SAP and Hyperion to Project Leaders as well as Department Heads Support controlling team during annual review of SOPs and self-testing First point of contact of the Finance Department for third party distributors Your profile University degree in Controlling or Finance, or equivalent degree 2-3 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting (i.e. management, project, cost center reporting) in an international environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Good knowledge of SAP is a prerequisite, knowledge of Hyperion is desirable Ability to work independently, with an accurate working style and a hands-on approach Ability to work cross-functionally and liaise easily with internal and external parties Proactive, flexible and responsible team player with good communication and coordination skills Fluent in English and German, written and spoken We offer an interesting and varied work environment in a dynamic future-oriented enterprise with a highly motivated team, a competitive salary and benefits.
