For our European headquarters in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position: Dynamic Pricing Lead (m/f) Key responsibilties: Leading the development of dynamic pricing strategies and market access schemes across the DSE portfolio for the EU region. To work closely with countries to optimise local pricing, reimbursement and access strategies and develop the pricing strategy of DSE brands Advice on optimal access schemes Simulation of business impact of pricing and access schemes strategies To coordinate delivery of supporting materials for access decision-makers at national, regional and local levels and assist in negotiations Coordination of design of post-reimbursement commitments To coordinate strategies across countries (information and lessons learned sharing, identification of synergies, cross-country impact) Contribution to optimal launch sequence Monitoring implementation of access schemes To monitor policy developments and advice on their consequences for the Daiichi Sankyo Europe portfolio Coordination of cross-departmental working groups Professional and personal skills: 1st degree in Pharmacy (preferred), or other biomedical degree MSc or PhD in Health Policy or Health Economics 5 years experience in similar job, industry (preferred), or access authority Demonstrated experience in designing and negotiating patient access schemes Demonstrated experience of working with decision makers for access A team player, open minded, flexible, proactive, motivated and willing to learn and develop Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing and optimistic personality Ability to work in English – negotiation skills in written and spoken English What we offer: We offer an interesting, diversified and challenging position, good contractual conditions, all the social benefits of a modern company as well as an international and professional environment where you will have the opportunity for personal growth.
