For our European headquarters in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position: Senior Manager Medical Information (m/f) The Position: The role of the Senior Manager Medical Information (m/f)) is to develop and implement the European Medical Information System and other European Medical Information Services across both the DSE Munich HQ and Affiliates. This position is accountable to the European Head Medical Affairs and to the European Brand Teams. Key responsibilities: • Maximises Daiichi Sankyo‘s value proposition of in-line and pipeline products through ensuring the delivery of aligned medical-scientific Information and responses to all European stakeholders • Develops and implements the European Medical Information Plan (including process and implementation plan for European-aligned Medical Information Systems and Services) • Proactively plan, develop and maintain the European Medical Information System and the reporting thereof • Ensure that all European medical information functions are capable to provide responses across the therapeutic areas, in line with strategy, that are of the highest quality, respond appropriately to HCP and other stakeholder inquiries, and are delivered to the customer in a timely fashion within the agreed turn-around-times • Engage in ongoing continuous quality improvement activities for Medical Information and beyond (e.g., HCP external customer surveys) as well as the impact of overall collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure level of all services provided is optimal • Continue to leverage Medical Information expertise within the Daiichi Sankyo organization (e.g., sharing response documents with other business units as well as co-promotion/marketing partners) and proactively reach-out to similar medical information functional groups within the corporation to ensure mutual cooperation and minimize redundant efforts. • Conduct regular trainings on Medical Information processes and content Professional and personal skills: • Medical or Bioscience university education and degree • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in multi-national pharmaceutical industry • Documented track record in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development, including health economic and outcomes research • Experience in other functions in European and/or affiliate Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Operations Department • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and legal/health system environment, including pricing, re-imbursement and access • Knowledge of regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance • Fluency in English and at least another European language (including mother tongue), both oral and written communications What we offer: We offer an interesting, diversified and challenging position, good contractual conditions, all the social benefits of a modern company and a professional environment where you will have the opportunity for personal growth.
